  1. Begin steeping 3 Vanilla Chai tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.
  3. Remove tea bags from chai and add to a blender. Add the pumpkin mixture to the same blender. Blend together to make the drink smoother and create a froth.
  4. Pour pumpkin spice chai into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add a cinnamon stick for decoration.
