Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together EXCEPT 1 cup of grated Gruyèr .
  3. Pour mix into a 9X13 baking dish. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes until cheese are melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining grated Gruyère cheese. Turn on the broiler, and broil just until the top is golden brown.
Recipe Notes

Serve with bagel chips, crackers, or toasted bread
